Soft and long-lasting lip pencil

Our Lip Pencils are both soft, to cover lips completely, and firm enough to provide a long-lasting base for the lipstick you apply over them. Soft consistency that's easy to blend and can be used as a base for lips. Made with conditioning oils and waxes and coloured with protective pigments, it glides on smoothly and does not irritate the delicate skin of the lips. There are no synthetic FD&C dyes, the pencils can be used anywhere on the face.
